Pope Pastures Order Form If you would like to mail it to us via USPS,
please print and mail it to the address on the form with your deposit (in order to reserve your chicken, we require a $5 non-refundable deposit per chicken) If you would like to e-mail the order form to us,
just copy and paste the form into an e-mail message, complete the form and either follow it up with a Paypal payment for the deposit to kanpope@yahoo.com or mail us a check. If you are having difficulties inserting the order form into an e-mail message,

click on highlighted area, and click on copy.
Open a new message and paste.

or contact us and we will be happy to assist you!
At this time, we are only able to accept checks at least 10 days prior to processing for the deposit or full amount of your order. Therefore, please plan on paying with cash or money order at the time of pick-up. If you would like to pay with a credit card, please use Paypal (to kanpope@yahoo.com) and have your payment completed the day before pick-up. |
