We have decided to add heritage breed meat birds to our meat bird breed flock.
We will continue to offer our standard meat bird breed that is so popular! 

Heritage breeds are those that are threatened with extinction.  Modern food production 
now favors the use of a few specialized breeds selected for maximum output in a controlled 
environment, therefore heritage breeds have lost their popularity with farmers. 
Yet, continue to offer unsurpassed taste! So, you probably had the same question I did, 
"Why do we want to eat an endangered breed?" Well, the answer is two-fold. First off, 
these breeds were made for meat production but need to procreate to meet demand. 
Therefore, if there is a demand, hatcheries will work towards meeting that demand 
therefore increasing the breed numbers. Second, we will breed our own birds. 
Many of these breeds make tasty meat birds as well as good layers. Therefore, 
not all will be processed. We will work towards maintaining and propagating the breed. 

We continually work to maintain our focus on exceptional taste, high quality meats, 
stewardship of the environment, and happy animals! 

Please let us know if we can be of assistance to you or if you would like to reserve 
your chickens for our next processing date!



On Processing Days:

Please plan on coming to pick up your chickens that Saturday afternoon between 3:00pm and 8:00pm.
 There is a $5 non-refundable deposit per reserved bird due at the time that you make your reservation.   

Our farm fresh birds are processed the day that you pick them up.  We do not have the 

refrigerator space to store fresh chickens.  If you are unable to pick up on the specified 

day, please let us know when you make your reservation and plan picking up frozen 

chickens.

On processing pick-up day, we only accept pre-paid Paypal (that way you can pay 

with a credit card if you chose) or cash.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept checks

at this time.

Our Farm is in
